Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation by Customer
›Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 98109 44391) or email (info@plushmydrive.com).
›After dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery (see Section 3).
›How to cancel: WhatsApp us at +91 98109 44391 with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by PlushMyDrive
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
›Product is out of stock or discontinued.
›Incorrect pricing due to a technical error.
›Suspected fraudulent transaction.
›Inability to deliver to the provided address.
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
3. Returns
›Eligibility window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
›Eligible reasons: Wrong product delivered, damaged product received, product not as described.
›Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact.
›Not eligible: Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
›How to return: WhatsApp us at +91 98109 44391 with your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
›Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
›Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
›Partial refunds: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to transit), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
›Shipping charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
›If your product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos/video as evidence.
›We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
›Claims made after 48 hours may not be entertained for transit damage.
6. Installation-Related Issues
›Issues arising from improper installation by a third-party installer not arranged by PlushMyDrive are not covered under this policy.
›If installation is arranged by PlushMyDrive and results in product damage, we will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
7. Non-Returnable Items
›Products that have been cut, trimmed, or customised to size.
›Products explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
›Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events.
