PlushMyDrive operates on a custody-first model — your genuine product ships directly to you before installation is arranged. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process.
1. Shipping Coverage
›We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
›Some remote or rural pin codes may not be serviceable. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if your pin code is not covered.
›We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time
›Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
›Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
›For made-to-order or low-stock items, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. This will be indicated on the product page.
3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Charges
›Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
›Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value. Current thresholds are displayed on the homepage or product pages.
›For returns, reverse pickup is arranged at no charge when the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
5. Order Tracking
›Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courier name and AWB (Air Waybill / tracking) number via email and WhatsApp.
›You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB number.
›Your order status is also updated in your account under My Orders.
6. Delivery Attempts
›Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
›After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us and you will be contacted to reschedule.
›Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
›Ensure your phone number is correct at checkout — couriers typically call before delivery.
7. Inspection on Delivery
›We strongly recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery person.
›If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and report within 48 hours via WhatsApp (+91 98109 44391).
›By accepting delivery without noting damage, you acknowledge the package was received in good condition externally.
8. Delays
›PlushMyDrive is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
›During peak sale periods or festive seasons, delivery may take 2–3 additional days.
›If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will investigate.
