1. About PlushMyDrive

PlushMyDrive ("we", "our", "us") is an Indian e-commerce platform that sells genuine car protection products including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Sun Films, and Ceramic Coatings. We operate on a custody-first model — products are shipped directly to the customer before installation is arranged.

2. Eligibility

›You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
›You must provide accurate shipping, contact, and payment information.
›Orders are fulfilled only to addresses within India.

3. Products & Pricing

›All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
›Installation charges are quoted separately and are paid directly to the certified installer.
›We source exclusively from authorised distributors and brand-authorised channels. No grey-market or counterfeit products are sold.
›Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final price.
›Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product may vary slightly in appearance.

4. Orders & Payments

›Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
›We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
›In the event of a payment failure, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
›We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

5. Custody-First Model

›PlushMyDrive follows a custody-first delivery model. Products are shipped directly to your address before professional installation is arranged.
›You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours via WhatsApp (+91 98109 44391) or email.
›Installation is arranged separately by PlushMyDrive via certified applicators. Installation timelines may vary by city.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product descriptions, images, and text is the property of PlushMyDrive or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

›PlushMyDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on this platform.
›Our maximum liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the product(s) in question.
›We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
